Austin Ranked #1 for 2020 Real Estate Markets

In a study of the United States and Canada, PwC (Pricewaterhouse Cooper) / The Urban Land Institute has listed Austin in the overall top spot for real estate prospects in the Emerging Trends in Real Estate report. Austin is also listed as the No. 1 spot for local expectation of investor demand for 2020. In addition, Austin achieved the highest rate of "buy" recommendation of any city within their survey, with 62% suggesting "buy", 23% suggesting "hold", and only 15% recommending "sell".
