Located in Northwest Austin off of Spicewood Springs (from Research Boulevard - Highway 183), Westhill Estates is a neighborhood with a little over 70 homes.  Since that the majority of the development of the area occurred in the 70s, and at that time this neighborhood was more 'rural' for Austin, the neighborhood has large lots and many large trees.  Westhill Estates also has quite a few homes that were built in the 80s and 90s so there is a diverse mixture of styles within the Westhill Estates subdivision.  Westhill Estates rests among  the rolling hills near Great Hills and is close to the Upper Bull Creek greenbelt.
