Located in Northwest Austin off of 183 and Duval, the Angus neighborhood is comprised of Angus Trail, Angus Valley and Angus Ranch.  Within the three combined neighborhoods there are about 400 homes.  Construction in the area goes back to the early 70s and continued through to 2006, although the majority of the construction occurred in the 80s and 90s.  Many of the older construction homes are on large lots and have mature trees.  The Angus area neighborhoods are conveniently situated between Research Boulevard (Hwy 183) and Mopac (Loop 1) and have quick access to many major area employers as well as area shopping and dining.
