Place Home on Market/Make Adjustments Based on Market Response
Once the home is ready, the property will be placed on the market and into the Austin Board of Realtors’ MLS system. The home will then be marketed according to the previously developed, property specific marketing campaign. I will also seek out feedback from other Realtors who have shown the property as well as monitoring other market activity in the area in order to ascertain if adjustments are needed. Additionally, as an added benefit to my sellers, I subscribe to a service that will send you email notifications daily of new properties and price changes within your neighborhood so that you will always have the most current information available to you.
