Provide Information/View Homes
Based on our initial visit, I will provide you with available properties to drive by and view at your own convenience to learn more about each area. This allows you to take your time in viewing each area. You can also search for properties yourself through the search link provided on this site. This will allow you to access the Internet Data Exchange from the MLS, a search engine brought to you by the members of the Austin Board of Realtors (of which I am one) and the only local site with all the residential listings from the Multiple Listing Service (the computer system REALTORS® use to list properties). Additionally, as an added benefit to my buyers, I subscribe to a service that will send you email notifications daily of new properties and price changes, that way you always have the most current information available to you.
As we find properties that appear to meet your criteria I will set up appointments so that we can view the properties. I will answer any questions you might have and offer honest advice and opinions based on my experience and knowledge of the property and area.
